Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
